A New Era for GENESIS
The GENESIS Magni XV is an anniversary keyboard designed to showcase the brand’s capabilities and cater to gamers who expect the highest level of technology and craftsmanship. GenX Gravion magnetic switches with adjustable actuation point, Rapid Trigger, and an 8,000 Hz polling rate give you extensive options to tailor the keyboard’s performance to your own gaming style without even the slightest compromise. The entire unit is housed in a precision-milled anodized aluminum chassis, which highlights the flagship nature of the design and ensures adequate rigidity and stability. The Magni XV marks the next chapter in GENESIS’s history, crafted for gamers who won’t settle for anything less than the best.
Activation on Your Terms
At the heart of the Magni XV are proprietary, factory-lubricated GenX Gravion magnetic switches, which combine smooth operation with lab-tested durability of up to 150 million keystrokes. By utilizing the Hall effect, you can adjust the actuation point within a range of 0.1 to 3.5 mm, allowing you to decide how each key should respond. A shallow setting promotes lightning-fast reactions, while a deeper activation provides a more tactile and controlled press. Two additional stabilizing pins limit the switch’s side-to-side movement, increasing the stability of every press—even during intense gameplay.
Response time minimized to 0.125 ms
Rapid Trigger allows you to dynamically activate and reset a key based on its movement, without having to return to a traditional reset point. This means faster consecutive keystrokes and smoother direction changes during gameplay. This feature works particularly well in fast-paced games, where instantly stopping movement or pressing a key again can make all the difference in the course of the game.
8,000 Hz = ultra-fast data transmission
With a maximum reporting rate of 8,000 Hz, the Magni XV can send keystroke information to your computer up to 8,000 times per second. This allows the keyboard to communicate your movements to the system more quickly, reducing the delay between pressing a key and its registration. It’s another design element that lets you take full advantage of the magnetic switches during intense gameplay.
Flagship aluminum design
The Magni XV features a precision CNC-machined anodized aluminum housing that combines high rigidity with an elegant, minimalist design. The uniform surface of the anodized aluminum highlights the unique character of this anniversary model and ensures that the design looks as good as it performs. Comfort is further enhanced by the flexible Gasket Mount and the FR4 fiberglass PCB, which reduce vibration transfer and give the keys a softer feel and a more pleasant sound when pressed.
Durability for everyday use, durability that lasts for years
These PBT keycaps, manufactured using double-shot technology, are designed for many years of use. The material’s high abrasion resistance helps preserve their appearance and legibility even during heavy use. The legends on the front of the keycaps give the Magni XV a minimalist look, while remaining easy to read during everyday use of the keyboard.
Customize it however you like
Hot-swap technology for magnetic switches allows you to easily replace compatible switches without the need for soldering. This means you can easily modify the keyboard’s performance and tailor it to your preferences without having to tamper with the electronics. It’s a practical solution for people who want more freedom in customizing their equipment.
More space for the mouse
The Magni XV’s compact design allows for more efficient use of desk space and leaves more room for smooth mouse movements. This is particularly important when gaming at low sensitivity, when performing a quick turn or a wide swing requires a greater range of motion. The keyboard’s smaller size therefore helps create a setup where both the keyboard and the mouse have adequate space to operate.
Comfort Refined Down to the Last Detail
N-key rollover ensures that multiple simultaneous keystrokes are registered correctly, so you can freely use key combinations without worrying that any of them will be missed. Dedicated volume buttons let you quickly adjust the volume without interrupting your game. Two-step tilt adjustment makes it easy to find a comfortable position during long gaming sessions, and the included transparent dust cover with an embossed GENESIS logo helps protect the keyboard from dust and dirt when it’s not in use.
Tailored to You
Advanced software with free updates (compatibility and security—available for at least 2 years after the product's release on the manufacturer's website) gives you full control over the Magni XV's configuration. You can set the activation point for the switches, customize Rapid Trigger behavior, program keys, and create macros tailored to specific games and applications. You also get 18 RGB backlighting effects at your disposal, allowing you to give your setup a unique look. The clear key labels remain easily visible even after dark, so the striking backlighting goes hand in hand with functionality.
