Meet the GENESIS Magni XV —an anniversary flagship gaming keyboard designed as an uncompromising showcase of the brand’s engineering capabilities. In designing this model, we combined the most advanced esports technologies—including Hall-effect magnetic switches, Rapid Trigger technology, and 8,000 Hz polling rate — with the craftsmanship and build quality previously associated with the world of custom keyboards. All-new switches
At the heart of the keyboard are proprietary, factory-lubricated magnetic switches available in two profiles: the dynamic GenX Gravion (Linear) and the GenX Zenith (Silent Linear—just 40 dB), a silenced version unique in the magnetic switch market. The absence of traditional mechanical contacts translates to an impressive lifespan of up to 150 million keystrokes and eliminates key chatter. Additionally, the use of dual stabilizing pins almost completely eliminates side-to-side wobble of the switch stem, ensuring consistent stability with every press,
The use of Hall effect sensors gives gamers complete freedom of configuration. The actuation point adjustment feature, ranging from 0.1 to 3.5 mm, allows you to individually define the sensitivity of each key—from an ultra-shallow keystrokes designed for dynamic tournament gaming to deep, controlled presses that prevent accidental clicks. This system is complemented by Rapid Trigger technology, which dynamically activates and resets the key based on the physical up-and-down movement of the finger, without the need to return to a fixed reset point. In FPS games like Counter-Strike 2 or Valorant, this means instant counter-strafing, faster bursts of fire, and full control over character movement.
A controller operating at an 8,000 Hz polling rate (8K Polling Rate) ensures lightning-fast communication with the computer. The keyboard sends information to the system as many as 8,000 times per second, reducing response time to just 0.125 ms. This bandwidth eliminates input lag and allows you to fully unleash the potential of the magnetic sensors.
A Build Quality That Surprises
You can see and feel the Magni XV’s class from the very first touch. The solid body has been precisely CNC-milled from a solid block of anodized aluminum, ensuring absolute rigidity, stability on your desk, and a minimalist, modern design. The interior of the structure is based on a flexible Gasket Mount suspension system combined with an FR4 fiberglass mounting plate. This setup effectively dampens vibrations, offering a soft, springy key travel and a rich, deep acoustic response when keys are pressed.
The design is complemented by PBT Double Shot keycaps with a discreet side-printed label on the front face. This design gives the keyboard an elegant, stealth-like appearance, protects the key labels from wear and tear, and—when combined with RGB backlighting (16 effects)—ensures perfect readability of the labels after dark. Importantly, the hot-swap technology for magnetic switches allows for hassle-free switch replacement without the need for soldering, giving the user full flexibility in customizing the keyboard.
The keyboard’s compact design leaves maximum space for comfortable mouse movement, which is crucial at low DPI settings. The design is complemented by features that enhance everyday usability: full N-Key Rollover, dedicated volume buttons, two-stage adjustable feet, and an included transparent dust cover with an embossed GENESIS logo. Dedicated software ensures seamless customization of profiles, macros, and sensitivity, backed by a guarantee of at least 2 years of update support.
The GENESIS Magni XV is available in two color options (black and black gradient) with a choice of GenX Gravion or GenX Zenith switches.
