Meet the improved Genesis Irid 505 v2 and Irid 503 v2 cases!

Even better ventilation, a well-thought-out design and improved filtering to more effectively prevent dust from getting inside the computer - these are the most important features of the new versions of Genesis enclosures: Irid 505 v2 and Irid 503 v2. They are the answer to the growing expectations of demanding users for spacious computer cases, which can accommodate and carry the current generations of multi-core processors and high-performance graphics cards.

The much denser front mesh of all Genesis Irid 505 v2 and Irid 503 v2 enclosures provides even better filtration of air entering the enclosure in a wide stream (so-called open front). Its apertures are less than 0.8 mm in diameter, making the front "mesh" more restrictive to contaminants than standard dust filters. In addition, it can be cleaned very easily, e.g. by wiping it with a cloth, all without disassembly.

Also noteworthy are the all-new Genesis Oxal 120 fans used in the entry-level, non-illuminated Genesis Irid 505 v2 and Irid 503 v2 cases. They feature increased airflow with a restrictive dust filter, which lowers the temperature inside the case while maintaining the same level of noise generation. Their maximum speed is 1,300 rpm, which gives you plenty of room for manoeuvre when it comes to maintaining the balance between high performance and running culture. In everyday applications, it is optimal to set the maximum speed at 80% of their capacity.

The Genesis Oxal 120 fans will be available for sale on their own in 2023, allowing the Irid 505 v2 and 503 v2 cases to be easily upgraded with additional 'propellers' - up to a maximum of 6. As standard, these cases are equipped with 2 fans: 1 at the front (pushing in cool air) and 1 at the rear (pulling out that already heated by the components).

The Genesis Irid 505 v2 (full ATX) as well as the Irid 503 v2 (microATX) enclosures retain their existing features as a rare package in their price segment. These include:

Genesis IRID 505 v2:

• - Possibility to mount AIO 240/280/360 at the front (also with a "thick" radiator),
• - Possibility to mount the AIO 240/280 on top of the case above the motherboard (no collision with its heatsinks or RAM modules),
• - Possibility to mount the AIO 240 with a "thick" radiator on the top of the case,
• - The CPU air cooler can be 165 mm high,
• - The graphics card can be 380 mm long (front fans are included),

• - Numerous rubber grommets, detachable expansion card covers.

Genesis IRID 503 v2:
